" Good understanding of ServiceNow platform and capabilities.
" Experience in CMDB and good understanding of CMDB architecture.
" Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow CMDB, and Common Services Data Model, Asset management.
" Able to design and implement the CMDB solutions.
" Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow CMDB third party integrations and data load.
" Must have ITSM hands on experience.
" Strong understanding of CMDB Health Dashboard.
" Strong understanding of CSDM (Common Service Data Model).
" Strong understanding of CMDB Audit.
" Strong understanding of CMDB data cleanup, Archive/Destroy process.
" Good to have proficiency in ITOM, Discovery Capabilities.
" Strong understanding of IT Asset management.
" Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
" Strong proficiency with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly and other ServiceNow supported technologies.
" Exceptional problem-solving capability and ability to think strategically.
" Good understanding of ServiceNow tool best practices.
" Good to have proficiency in Service Mapping, Event Management, and Configuration Management.
" Experience in SOAP, REST API integrations.
" Experience with key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions including Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, SOAP, REST, SCP, FTPS .etc. and security gateways.
" Excellent interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, and situational awareness
" Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills.
" Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all work efforts
" Superior maturity, professionalism, and judgment; ability to excel with minimum supervision.
" Experience with SDLC processes implementing in a variety of project methodologies: waterfall, iterative, SAFe, Agile/Scrum
" Identify process Improvement opportunities through Gen AI, RPA, Ui Path.
Experience Required " 8+ years working on the ServiceNow platform.
" Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology
" ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
" ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
" ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM
" Good to have CMDB micro certifications .
" ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for one or more of the ServiceNow products
Roles & Responsibilities
" Understand the requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow CMDB solutions.
" Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow CMDB modules and ITOM, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Configuration Management.
" Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications to support CMDB processes and automation.
" Configure and maintain the CMDB data model, ensuring accurate and up-to-date configuration item (CI) information.
" Integrate ServiceNow with other tools and external platforms using APIs and web services.
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement CMDB and ITOM best practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and ITIL processes.
" Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations and customizations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
" Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing necessary fixes or enhancements.
" Provide ongoing support and maintenance on MCDB Health Dash board and Data cleanup , data Archival, Destroy .
" Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and CMDB/ITOM -specific features, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
" Collaborate with other developers, administrators, and business analysts to deliver integrated solutions that meet the ITOM and CMDB needs of the organization.
" Document technical specifications, user guides, and standard operating procedures for ServiceNow applications and configurations.
