Service Supervisor - Insight Global

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Service Supervisor to join our client’s team in Northern California. They will work directly with customer facing service team both on route and in-house.

• Responsibilities include supervising the service team who provides customer service, sales and the pick-up and delivery of products to our customers; hiring, training, developing and evaluating the service team.
• Additionally, they will be driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer sites and assisting the service team with lifting, carrying and walking in and out of customer accounts.
• This position will oversee several key service department areas including maintaining excellent customer relationships, handling renewals of customer contracts, increasing internal sales, maintaining an efficient route structure and driver compliance.
• This is a middle-management position with direct supervisory and leadership accountability.

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of Store Manager experience within a retail environment (ex: CVS, Target, Walmart. Starbucks, Enterprise, etc.)
• Active drivers license
• At least 21 years old

Compensation:

$75,000/yr to $90,000/yr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
