About the Job
You ensure the correct execution of service contracts in a 24/7 international environment.
You support the monthly service meetings with customers.
You support the Service Desk engineers and technicians in the US and Australia as regards follow-up of incidents, follow-up of interventions and general administration and reporting.

Service Desk Engineers Australia: 3 people
You contribute to the optimisation of the Service Organisation.
Using the reports and analyses, you assess the quality level of our services every month and monitor the KPIs.
You work task-oriented: making lists, executing and following up.
You are flexible and available to follow up and support escalations outside normal business hours.
You report to the Service Director and work closely with the Service Operation Lead in Belgium.
Profile
Preferably you enjoyed higher education
You have min. 3 years of relevant management work experience in an operational environment
You have a general interest in ICT, technology and engineering
You express yourself fluently in English any other languages are seen as a plus
You have a natural helicopter view, a calculated and reasoned approach and you set priorities automatically
You therefore have strong analytical skills
Besides the analytical skills you have a hands-on mentality
You are a fluent communicator (at various levels) who works result-oriented
