Service Engineer (FULL SCOPE POLY) - Piper Companies

Zachary Piper Solutions is presently in search of an M365 Engineer to provide tier 1 - tier 2 support for end users.

Role Summary:

·       Troubleshoot and administer tenant services.

·       Utilization of custom tools for the effective resolution of system issues.

·       Detection and adept rectification of system glitches.

·       Thorough logging and documentation of incident resolutions.

Qualifications:

·       Active TS/SCI FS Poly clearance is a requirement.

·       Experienced in Active Directory

Compensation and Benefits:

·       Competitive Salary: Up to $130,000, contingent on experience.
