About the Job
Role
As a Service Desk Support Analyst (also known as IT Support Specialist, Help Desk Analyst), you'll monitor and resolve Service Desk tickets, manage IT assets, and provide support for remote offices. You'll also be responsible for Active Directory and Azure/O365 administration, ensuring end user accounts, permissions, and access rights are maintained. This role requires the ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize work effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in technology or computer science, or minimum 3 years equivalent work experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in resolving PC hardware/software issues.
- Proficiency in Cyber Security Programs, IT Equipment (Servers, Networks, Telecom, Cloud), IT Infrastructure Hardware Experience, Customer Service, and IT Compliance Requirements (CCPA, GDPR).
