Job Title: IT Support Specialist – Onsite (Cleveland, OH)
Overview:
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide Tier I Service Desk support for a geographically distributed team within the financial services sector. This full-time, onsite position in Cleveland, OH, is crucial for maintaining productivity by troubleshooting technical issues, supporting business software, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and excels in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct technical assistance for staff, resolving hardware and application-related issues.
- Identify trends in support requests to address potential underlying issues.
- Accurately document and communicate all technical support interactions.
- Support the implementation of new technologies, applications, and services.
- Assist with onboarding new team members, including providing training on processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
- Previous experience managing projects is a plus.
- Skilled in assisting non-technical staff with technical issues.
- Familiarity with supporting Apple/MAC systems.
- ITIL Foundations Certification is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and related tools.
- Able to handle multiple support tasks simultaneously using a ticketing system.
Salary
45,000 - 55,000 /year
