About the Job
Are you a driven service advisor tired of mediocre expectations and low pay looking for a way to grow? PFM and our clients have high expectations for the level of service and care they receive. As a service advisor you will be expected to write $2M in service and maintain or grow current ARO while maintaining strong relationships with our existing and new customers. This job entails:
- Building a great relationship with the fleet manager and drivers of the fleets we serve.
- You will continually interact with the same customers multiple times per week.
- Relationship building is key.
- We have built a great culture with our customers, many stop by just to visit and say hi throughout the week;
- Setting appointments for vehicle service;
- Making estimates for vehicle service
- Basic knowledge of automotive and truck systems.
- Working with parts department to attain correct parts
- Client interaction at pickup and drop off, and follow ups
- Tracking revenue and key performance indicators
