Il Cervo, located next to the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee’s historic Deer District, is set to open in the Spring of 2023 on the top of The Trade, Milwaukee’s premier luxury hotel. Il Cervo is currently looking for you, an experienced hospitality professional hoping to showcase their skills in a brand new 10,000-square foot, high-end Italian restaurant. Il Cervo’s menu features hand-rolled pasta, homemade mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, and dry-aged steaks served Florentine-style, and will boast an Italian focused wine list with over 300 labels. Position: Server Assistant

Work Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Compensation: $10/hour plus tips (average $22/hour)

About Position:

The Server Assistant is responsible for assisting Servers in any way they need. The Server Assistant will assist with pre-bussing tables, giving water to customers, resetting tables, and cleaning.

Job Requirements:

• Great attitude and positive outlook
• A dedication to teamwork
• Excellent oral communication skills required
• Customer Service skills
• No previous server experience is needed
