We are seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and contribute to impactful water resource projects throughout New England. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in water resource disciplines, serve as a mentor to early-career staff, and have opportunities to grow in project management and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution
- Lead and support multidisciplinary teams on water resource projects, including:
- Climate and flood resilience
- Green stormwater infrastructure
- Ecological restoration
- Develop engineering plan sets, technical reports, and project documentation.
Mentorship and Technical Expertise
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor to early-career engineers and scientists
Project Development
- Engage in studies, planning, design, and permitting for municipal, governmental, and non-governmental clients, including conservation districts and watershed associations.
- Participate in geomorphic assessments, sediment and water sampling, and surveying
Growth Opportunities
- Flexible pathways to advance in project management, business development, or a combination of these areas based on your interests and skills.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, Masters is a plus
- Experience working as part of a team providing infrastructure engineering solutions
- PE registration required or the ability to acquire within 1 year
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
