Job Description
The Senior Workday analyst is responsible for evaluating, designing, and executing solutions that maximize the effectiveness of the Workday platform. The candidate should have functional understanding of operational and technical aspects within their area of expertise to independently and effectively, design, troubleshoot and resolve reported system issues. This role must effectively collaborate with customers, peers, technical, and operations staff to assist with solving business problems.Requirements (Education, Work Experience, Licensure, Registry &/or Certifications)
• 4 + years’ Workday Sustainment experience in configuration or implementor with a Partner preferably.
• 4+ years business operations experience in vertical area.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree
• WorkDay Pro certification or Implementation certification from Partner a plus.
• Willing to attain WorkDay Pro certification within 12 months of hire.
• Background in identifying, designing, testing, and deploying business operations processes, procedures, and best practices.
Job Responsibility:
Expert subject matter expert on complex issues/enhancements within a vertical (Payroll, Finance, Technology, HCM, Spend) of the ERP and supporting the business users to optimize the system to meet the Enterprise needs.
Success Criteria:
a. Design, develop, and implement highly complex technical Workday solutions.
b. Configure WorkDay based on approved design solutions.
c. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
d. Manage and coordinate the implementation of Workday solutions.
e. Provide technical support and guidance to Workday users.
f. Stay up to date on the latest Workday features and functionality.
g. Participate in the Workday community by sharing knowledge and expertise.
h. Review and resolve support tickets including continuous monitoring of ticket progress and tracking open issues thru resolution.
i. Acts as the liaison among the stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate and validate business requirements regarding the Workday system.
j. Performs testing for software upgrades, break fix and enhancements.
k. Drive continuous process improvements within Workday modules. 60%
Job Responsibility: Reporting and Analysis, Business Process Configuration including documentation and governance models.
Success Criteria:
a. Completes business requirements document to outline the requirements and the technical solution.
b. Complete change request models and present to change control for feedback, approval, and adjustments to design.
c. Design dashboards and other data visualization tools for the business users.
d. Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills.
e. Possesses the intellectual curiosity needed to identify/seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
f. Ability to analyze, consolidate and present large amounts of data in a manner that promotes action and is a concise solution.

e. Facilitates projects to ensure completion.
