Senior Vice President, Lending and Banking Product Manager
We are seeking to fill a Senior Product Manager role across our Product Management and Platforms group within BNY Pershing. This role can be based in Jersey City, NJ, Pittsburgh or Lake Mary, FL office (hybrid).

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in product management combined with deep financial services domain knowledge.
In this role, you will have an impact in the following ways:
Create strategic vision for development, digitization, and growth of lending solutions available to BNY Pershing RIAs and broker dealers
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. UX, Engineering, and Business groups)
Steer cross-functional teams to elevate client experience through enhanced technology, differentiated service and simplified loan underwriting
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to deliver innovative solutions that drive growth, enhance client experience, and improve operational efficiency
Lead an agile pod, ensuring delivery of high-quality lending products through iterative development and continuous feedback
Cultivate relationships with strategic broker dealers and RIAs and serve as the voice of the client
Serve as the subject matter and industry expert for lending solutions available to Pershing clients
Partner with Marketing and Training teams to create marketing collateral, training materials and educational sessions for clients and internal stakeholders to increase product knowledge and utilization
Ensure that our lending solutions meet legal and regulatory compliance requirements applicable in the US and internationally
Lead complex and strategically important product Initiatives around banking
Drive product innovation by keeping up-to-date with industry trends
Define product metrics, measures performance, and uses data to inform product decisions

Qualifications & Requirements:
You have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management, Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
10+ years of product management with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment
5+ years of domain experience in commercial lending and banking a must
Commercial orientation and business acumen to assess new opportunities and drive profitability
Client orientation: ability to engage, build trusting relationships and set/manage expectations
Deep knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds
Experience managing daily technical and design direction

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $100,000 and $221,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
