About the Treasury Department:
The Treasury department at [Omitted] is an integral part of our Corporate Finance Team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. Our mission is to safeguard the organization's financial assets, ensure liquidity, and provide essential financial services across all departments.
Position Overview:
As the Senior Treasury Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming decentralized data into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include managing working capital resources, coordinating insurance matters, and nurturing banking relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Treasury:
- Lead daily cash management activities, including cash forecasting and investment.
- Analyze bank transactions to maintain optimal liquidity levels.
- Develop and implement cash flow forecasting strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with banking partners.
- Administer online banking and treasury systems.
- Oversee international and domestic payment processes.
- Identify opportunities to minimize banking costs.
Investment:
- Monitor investment performance and ensure compliance with financial goals.
- Assess potential investment opportunities to maximize returns.
Insurance:
- Manage global insurance program renewal and claims.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Lead the USG LOC draw process.
- Conduct ad-hoc FX analysis.
- Assist in managing foreign exchange and financial risks.
- Monitor account receivables and follow up on late payments.
- Stay abreast of crypto developments and contribute to related projects.
- Manage treasury policies and systems for efficiency.
- Assist in developing treasury reporting dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support treasury initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent).
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Office 365; experience with Kyriba is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in large organizations preferred.
- Familiarity with crypto and hedging concepts desired.

Work Environment:
