ASE is seeking a Senior Training Advisor responsible for monitoring overall Learning Management System (LMS) operations, maintenance, and issues to ensure project requirements are met, as well as overseeing daily Help Desk operations. The Senior Training Advisor will collaborate with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), the Technical Assistant (TA), and Government management personnel to integrate multiple projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of excellent communication, effective leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and integrate multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
+ Manages the integration of program activities, focusing on essential management of cost, schedule, and performance metrics
+ Oversees and monitors overall LMS operations, ensuring proper maintenance and addressing any issues promptly
+ Oversees daily Help Desk operations to include Tier 1, 2 and 3 customer service, ensuring efficient and effective user support
+ Manages resources, establish priorities, and schedule based on project requirements
+ Tracks and manages requirements for content development, conversion, hosting, maintenance, application management and new technology insertion
+ Develops, maintains, converts, and loads classified and unclassified content to be distributed on SIPRnet and NIPRnet enclaves
+ Oversees the maintenance of content, consisting of minor development, bug fixes and create new course sections in the LMS as needed for existing content
Qualifications
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance
+ Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 10 years of training development; or specialized technical training and certifications directly related field focused on distributed learning, training and education
+ Extensive experience with LMS operations and maintenance
+ Knowledge of distributed training and education capabilities, processes, computer network operations, and software development concepts
+ Experience managing and coordinating contract services with the government on matters related to PWS tasks, funding, and staffing
+ Demonstrated experience leading complex technical projects across cross-functional teams within a face-paced, high-volume, dynamic work environment
+ Proficient in various computer programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
+ Understanding of computer network operations and software development concepts
+ Excellent communication, effective leadership and interpersonal skills
+ Must be a US Citizen
Desired Qualifications:
+ Experience executing all aspects of personnel actions, including hiring, dismissal, training, capability development, discipline, CTR-related incident investigations, dress code, and safety
+ Familiar with instructional System Design (ISD) methodologies and products
+ Familiarity with HTML 5, xAPI, SCORM and cmi5
+ Familiarity with government contract regulations and compliance
+ Familiarity maintaining computer-based training and education courses and tools to facilitate distributed training across the Department of Defense
