Job Title: Senior Tax Manager / Director

Location: Hybrid in Chicago

Salary: 150k-170k + Annual Bonuses + Full Benefits + PTO + Profit Sharing

We focus on strategic planning with our clients, as well as the compliance side.

We're a fast growing, full-service business advisory, tax, and accounting firm based in Chicago providing services to businesses located throughout the United States and internationally. We are looking for a Tax Director who is experienced in overseeing tax engagements from start to finish including budgeting, staffing, planning, production, first-level or final review, total work quality, and profitability.

International Experience Is a Plus, But Isn't Required.

What You Need for this Position

Required:

• Must have CPA/EA
• Minimum 6+ years in Public Accounting/OR Wealth Management
• At least 2+ years at the manager level
• Experience having several direct reports/leading a small team.
• Must have the majority of your portfolio in tax be HNW.
  
  

Preferred:

Real Estate experience is a huge plus!
