Sr. Tax Analyst
Location: Mansfield, MA (Hybrid)

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Tax Analyst to support various tax functions. This role involves handling sales and use tax processes, preparing state and local corporate tax returns, and assisting with audits. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax information.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly sales tax processes, including data reconciliation and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly sales tax account reconciliations and analysis.
• Complete various state indirect tax returns.
• Support state income tax processes, including apportionment data, tax payments, and quarterly tax provisions.
• Handle state tax authority inquiries and resolve notices.
• Assist with audits for state income and sales/use taxes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce future tax exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate tax, corporate accounting, or public accounting.
• CPA and/or Masters in Taxation preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and technology skills (Excel, SAP, HFM, OneSource, etc.) preferred.
