Senior Tax Accountant - Diamond Tax Recruiting

NYC CPA Firm looking for an experienced senior tax accountant (3+ years). Excellent firm with excellent quality of life- 4 days in the office, off on Fridays! 2 yearly bonuses.

Senior Tax Accountant
1-Prepare and review S Corp, C Corp, Partnership, Individual and Trust Tax returns.
2-Gather financial information from clients, banks, Investment brokers, etc
3-Assign jobs to junior accountants and highlight objectives and goals
4-Review of books, financial reports and prepare journal entries as required
5-Prepare Business and Individual Tax projections & communicate tax implications to clients and
partners
6-Responsible for annual filings such as PTET, CA, DE, NY biannual, NJ, LLC fees, etc

7-Resolve notices and audits by IRS and various jurisdictions
