Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tax filings for Corporate and Individual clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize client financial positions.
• Mentor and support junior staff, guiding them in tax preparation and technical skills to foster their professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive client service and smooth tax filing processes.
• Use Lacerte tax software to efficiently manage tax filing processes and ensure up-to-date reporting.

Qualifications:

• Active CPA license required.
• 3+ years of tax preparation experience, with a strong background in both Corporate and Individual tax.
• Proficiency in Lacerte or similar tax software.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring junior staff.
