Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Talent Specialist who is not only passionate about talent acquisition but also driven to go above and beyond to build a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive workforce. Essential Functions
- Talent Strategy Leadership: Lead the creation and execution of innovative recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain high-potential talent across multiple functions.
- End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment activities for senior and executive-level positions, ensuring top-quality candidates are sourced, interviewed, and hired with efficiency and care.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership, providing insightful consultation to develop role specifications and refine hiring strategies. Anticipate and meet the evolving needs of business leaders.
- Sourcing & Networking Excellence: Leverage a variety of sourcing tools, including social media, networks, and talent pools, to proactively identify and engage high-caliber candidates across diverse backgrounds.
- Above and Beyond Candidate Experience: Champion a world-class candidate experience by providing transparent communication, personalized touchpoints, and timely feedback. Create a seamless and engaging process that leaves candidates excited about joining the organization.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to evaluate recruitment metrics, track progress against hiring goals, and identify areas for process improvement, ensuring continuous optimization of recruitment workflows.
- Diversity & Inclusion Advocate: Partner with key stakeholders to drive inclusive hiring practices, ensuring a diverse and equitable candidate pipeline and a fair, unbiased recruitment process.
- Talent Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive talent landscapes to advise on best practices, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs, identifying top talent even before roles become available.
- Mentorship & Team Development: Provide mentorship to junior talent acquisition staff, sharing knowledge, best practices, and fostering an environment of collaboration and growth.
Job Requirements
- Proven Expertise: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on senior or executive-level roles.
- Track Record of Success: Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets, with a proven ability to fill challenging roles quickly and efficiently.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong ability to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals and long-term growth.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong Negotiation & Closing Skills: Adept at negotiating offers and closing top candidates with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Technology Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and other recruitment software. Comfortable utilizing data-driven platforms and analytics tools.
