Job Title Sr. System Engineer (Windows & MAC)

Location: Washington D.C., USA

This is a Full time opportunity.

Must be willing to travel to the nearby sites to troubleshoot or to address any urgent issues

Working hours & Availability: Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern Time & on-call occasionally

Must Haves:

• Good customer Service skills.
• Core Windows and MAC experience preferred.
• Knowledge on Drivers/BIOS updates.
• Expertise on Networking Fundamentals.
• Knowledge on Audio-Video Conference rooms technology.
• Expertise in troubleshooting multi-functional Printers.
• Knowledge on Active Directory, Microsoft Intune.
• Ability to work independently.
• Remote Desktop Administration.
• Desktop remediation for any vulnerabilities.
• Expert knowledge on MS Windows OS & MS Office products.
• Must carry a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Desktop Support Engineer; experience communicating and working with Senior Management.
• Must know how to perform Windows & MAC OS installations.
• Knowledge on troubleshooting and configuring, Thin client devices, Tablets, Laptops, Mobile Devices and Desktops.
• Application installation/upgrades.
• Knowledge on ServiceNOW

The pay range for this role is $70,000 - $100,000* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
