As a Senior Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Senior Superintednent Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.

- Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.

- Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute construction schedules.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.

- Ensure project safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.

Senior Superintendent Essential Job Functions:

- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, labor, and materials.

- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and quality of work.

- Manage project budgets and track expenses.

- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

Senior Superintednent Skills:

- 15+ years of experience in ground-up commercial construction.

- Strong leadership and project management abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.

- Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents.
