About the Job
Trustpoint.One is looking for a Senior Staff Attorney for our AmLaw client inany of the following locations: Washington DC; New York, NY; Los Angeles, CA; or Boston, MA. This is a full-timedirect hire, and hybrid role so candidates will need to be able to commute to their office several days a week.
The Sr. Staff Attorney will support large litigation and regulatory matters in the discovery phase and will primarily work with eDiscovery, AI, and Information Governance practice groups.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant eDiscovery experience in Am Law 100 or 200 firm environments, or major eDiscovery consulting background.
- Experience working at all phases of the EDRM
- Active bar license, in good standing, in any of the following jurisdictions in which candidate resides: DC, NY, CA or MA.
- Litigation experience including discovery.
- Ability to work under pressure and a willingness to work additional hours and help others with deadline intensive projects.
- Strong working knowledge of e-discovery document review projects and typical workflows.
- Experience with document review platforms such as Relativity, Nuix Discover, or other similar; strong experience with Excel.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating with the Firm’s practice teams to ensure eDiscovery processes are implemented and goals are met;
- Facilitating communication between the Staff Attorney department and attorneys;
- Assisting in preparing privilege logs and other similar tasks;
- Working with the Firm’s litigation group and eDiscovery vendors to support document preservation, collection, and processing efforts; and
- Performing other duties as assigned.

NOTE:
- The salary will be determined based on the candidate’s industry knowledge and experience. Range is $145K-$170K/ yr.
- All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
