Overview of the Senior Staff Accountant role:

• Assist with month-end close process - journal entries, inventory, WIP reconciliations and rollforwards
• Support the monthly cash flow forecast for all capital projects
• Coordinate with project managers, and property accounting staff
• Create fixed assets and generate transfers to inventory
• Variance explanation for P&L reporting
• The Senior Staff Accountant must feel comfortable in Excel

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Construction experience preferred
