- 21+ years old
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a field such as accounting, finance, or business management
- 3+ years of experience using automated payroll software and a computerized accounting system such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, with an emphasis on SmartList and Management Reporter
- 3+ years of experience with behavioral health Medicaid, including billing and revenue reconciliation
- Proficiency with computers and applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of insurance
- Problem-solving skills, courteous attitude, and tactful communication skills

DAY IN THE LIFE
As our Revenue Cycle Management Senior Accountant, you manage and monitor the grants and contracts we receive from federal, state, and other funding agencies. You're vital to our success, as you make sure we comply with all regulations and fulfill all requirements to obtain future funding. You gather essential financial data to present to program directors and senior staff, demonstrating where our funds go and their importance.
Attentively, you also manage behavioral health and Managed Care Organization Medicaid, handling all aspects of the full cycle finance process. Accuracy is key as you coordinate billing, review transactions, submit claims, and maintain financial documentation. You also help create new strategies to optimize our accounting processes and make us even more efficient.
