Core Responsibilities:
- Architect and own major infrastructure components
- Ship high-impact features in a fast-paced environment
- Establish and scale engineering processes
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews and design sessions
- Help build and mentor the growing engineering team
Technical Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong expertise in Python & Django REST (or similar frameworks)
- Deep experience with React, TypeScript, and Redux
- Track record of shipping high-quality products
- Startup experience or entrepreneurial mindset
Tech Stack: Backend: Python, Django REST, PostgreSQL, PostGIS, Redis Cloud: AWS, GCP Frontend: React, TypeScript, Redux Mobile: React Native
Compensation:
- Base: $140K - $180K
- Equity: 0.1% - 0.5%
