Senior Revenue Accounting Analyst at Rezult Technology

is Individual will be responsible for:

• Perform facility-related revenue accounting activities within prescribed time schedules and guidelines.
• Conduct and summarize revenue and accounts receivable variance analysis.
• Field and assess ad-hoc requests, producing clear and concise reports for stakeholders.
• Leverage subject matter expertise to provide guidance and instruction to key stakeholders through the development, implementation, and maintenance of operational reports and dashboards.
• Mentor revenue analyst(s), developing the knowledge base within the team and serving as a revenue specialist in the identification and resolution of facility-related and/or enterprise revenue accounting issues and questions.
• Assist management with the design and operation of revenue controls.
• Partner with key stakeholders to meet strategic company objectives.
• Assess, develop, and document solutions to complex problems by applying acute business knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Summarize and communicate proposed solutions with appropriate audiences, tailored to their understanding, level, or experience.
• Leverage process and international teams to drive quality and scalability within Revenue Integrity.

We are actively speaking with candidates that have a minimum of:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting required.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate accounting or finance required; healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficient in:, Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with PeopleSoft and Tableau preferred.
• Working knowledge of patient accounting systems and revenue cycle processes preferred
