About the Job
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Independently plan, evaluate, and oversee execution of experiments related to immunoassay development
- Will be responsible for running and optimizing ELISA's and sandwich ELISA's
- Will also perform gel electrophoresis and SPR when required
- Maintain lab notebook and perform data analysis using R
Requirements:
- BS or MS with 4+ years experience running and optimizing immunoassays.
- Must have experience with Fluorescence, ELISA, sandwich ELISA, Gel Electrophoresis
- Must have some statistical analysis experience, JMP or R is a plus.
- Must have experience with assay optimization
