WHAT WE NEED…
Our marketing team is seeking an experienced Sr. Proposal Coordinator to join our team. This role will be on-site and is expected to work in one of our offices. Location options are Austin, TX, Nashville, TN, or Phoenix, AZ.
We want someone who will shine at leading and managing the proposal process including RFP’s and RFQ’s. Someone who feels comfortable coordinating with internal teams, project managers, and sub-consultants but can also work independently. Someone who has proven work experience meeting deadlines and knows how to pivot priorities as they change. We want a person who brings a distinctive skillset full of imagination and innovation. We want someone who can attack each new challenge with the knowledge that last week’s answer doesn’t fit this week’s question.

WHAT YOU’LL DO….
On any given day your role may include (among other things)…
- Manages proposal process including statement of qualifications, resume review, coordination with subconsultants and project managers, editing, and proposal development.
- Delivers compliant, winning proposals and convincing qualifications.
- Supports the team as needed for prospective client interview preparation.
- Knows the firm portfolio and understands practice area capabilities.
- Writes and edits various materials with guidance from the Project Designer, Project Manager, and the Principal in Charge to ensure accuracy and a level of high quality.
- Liaise between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Updates databases to maintain file management.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE…
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism or similar.
- 7+ years of experience in proposal development.
- 7+ years of experience in graphics design related to proposal/qualifications preparation.
- At least 2+ years of experience in an A/E/C Industry.
- Knowledge of managing public sector/government pursuits (including HUB Plans, governmental forms, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deltek Vision knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to high-energy situations and maintain composure and diplomacy.
- Detailed and organized, yet creative.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
