About the Role:

• General Ledger Maintenance: Post journal entries and oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and custom reports aligned with organizational goals.
• Reconciliations: Handle balance sheets, bank accounts, and cash balances with precision.
• Treasury Management: Monitor cash flow and manage cash receipts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Requirements:
  • 4+ years of accounting experience.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
• Preferred:
  • Experience with MRI or Yardi systems.
  • Background in real estate or public accounting.
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA certification or pursuit is a plus).
  • Skills in budgeting and forecasting.
