Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater - LVI Associates

We are searching for an accomplished and motivated Senior Project Manager to join a water infrastructure team in Houston, TX. This position involves overseeing a variety of water and wastewater projects, including designing and planning systems such as water distribution networks, sewer collection systems, pump stations, reservoirs, and treatment facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and project stakeholders.
• Supervise and review the preparation of design plans, drawings, and related deliverables.
• Assist in business development through proposal writing, client presentations, and identifying project opportunities.
• Guide and mentor project teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Environmental Engineering.
• 10-15 years of experience managing water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas or the ability to obtain it within six months.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
