Job Description:
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of custom home builds and renovations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service. This individual will be a pivotal part of a close-knit team, managing client relationships, subcontractors, and project timelines with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of luxury custom home and renovation projects, typically ranging from $3M to $20M.
- Maintain close relationships with clients, architects, and designers to ensure vision and expectations are met.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control, emphasizing exceptional craftsmanship.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Regularly communicate progress with clients and team members, addressing any challenges proactively.
- Foster a culture of excellence and professionalism on-site and within the team.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects, including custom homes and renovations.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering multimillion-dollar projects.
- Strong understanding of high-quality materials, finishes, and luxury home construction practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans accurately.
