We are seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Tampa, FL area responsible for leading large enterprise projects built on our DevonWay product software stack.

Responsibilities:- Planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently, ensuring they are completed on time, under budget, and with high quality.
- Understand enterprise B2B software and be highly intelligent, organized, customer-oriented, cool under pressure, and have experience handling complex situations involving multiple stakeholders.
- Work directly with customers to oversee requirements documentation and ensure requested deliverables fall within the applicable scope, schedule and budget.
- Coordinate with internal departments throughout the life of a project in order to maintain company-wide alignment.
- Play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of software solutions to our clients while fostering collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business, Engineering, or Computer Science).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Practiced and comfortable having difficult conversations with internal and external parties; for example, motivating internal resources to complete a task on time and explaining to a customer that a feature request is out of scope.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism and diplomacy when interacting with external and internal customers.
- Excellent communication, time-management, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, particularly with developing project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) is advantageous.
