Job Summary/Overview: This company is searching for an accomplished Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Drilled Shaft Installation. This role demands interaction with diverse staff at all levels in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. They must possess the ability to anticipate challenges, critical issues, and opportunities, effectively formulating and implementing viable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and costs to minimize exposure and risk.
- Ensure procurement and proposal development activities adhere to schedule.
- Effectively communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and joint venture partners responsible for various project phases.
- Coordinate the efforts of all project stakeholders, including the owner, architect, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor and report construction progress regularly, conducting status meetings with clients and the consultant team.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Assist in preparing post-bid work plans, procurement, scheduling, and cost control.
- Actively participate in production tracking and post-job analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in Drilled Shaft Installation.
- At least 2 years of experience, or a minimum of two completed projects, involving work over waterways, utilizing barges and/or trestles.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience serving as the responsible Project Manager.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience serving as the responsible Estimator.
- Proven experience in constructing Cast-in-drilled-hole (CIDH) Piles, retaining walls, shoring, and tiebacks.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in Drilled Shaft Installation
- 2+ years of experience working over waterways, utilizing barges and/or trestles
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- 5+ years of experience as an Estimator
Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 Per Year
