Senior Project Manager - Executive Recruiting Agency

Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise 1-5 engineering team members in collaboration with the Principal or Senior Project Manager. This includes interviewing, training, assigning work, appraising performance, and resolving employee issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) with 10 years of experience, including 3 years in a leadership role managing design teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.
• EIT certification required. PE license or ability to obtain within two years of hire.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D preferred.
