Description:
• The Senior Project Manager oversees and coordinates project activities to ensure the successful delivery of large and multiple projects within established timelines and budgets.
• This role involves managing diverse teams, developing project scopes, creating detailed action plans, and maintaining project integrity.
• The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize project outcomes and deliver systems that meet organizational needs.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of project management experience, specifically managing Information Technology projects.
• Proven experience in relevant technical areas.
• Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor projects with interdisciplinary teams.
• Expertise in risk management and process improvement methodologies.
• Skilled in developing tools and metrics for evaluating project performance.
• Effective communicator capable of liaising between project sponsors, teams, and stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
• Certification in project management methodologies, such as PMP, is preferred.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $63.70-$91.00/Hr
