Senior Project Manager - TELESOLV CONSULTING INC

TeleSolv Consulting has an immediate opportunity to work with the Federal Government as an Senior Project Manager enabling you to have a Secret Clearance.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Exceptional knowledge or understanding in direct Federal procurement experience in the GS-1102 series or equivalent capacity of which a minimum of five years is DoD procurement or contract administration experience.
• Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve both complex and uncomplicated problems and concepts. Able to gather and analyze information, and design and test solutions to problems.
• Exceptional knowledge or understanding of all phases of the acquisition process.
• Knowledge or understanding of contracting principles, laws, and procedures
• Knowledge or understanding of Integrative Acquisition Environment and DOD acquisition system policies and procedures.
• Specific knowledge or understanding of FAR Parts 15.4, 30, 31,32 and DFARS Parts 215.4, 230, and 231.
• Knowledge or understanding of the methods and techniques of fact-finding, analysis, and resolution of complex problems, and the ability to develop concrete action plans to solve problems.

Minimum Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen.
• Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Able to disclose COVID-19 vaccination status and abide by contract/department’s COVID-19 guidance when accessing any facility.
• Proficiency in various software applications to include, Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Outlook)
• A Bachelor’s degree with a major in any field.
