We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Project Manager with a deep
understanding and extensive experience in civil and water resources
engineering, civil technology, and construction management principles. The
ideal candidate will be well-versed in the design and construction of
Industrial Water and Wastewater infrastructure. They must be able to work
effectively within a team, communicate clearly with project team members and
clients, and demonstrate a high level of initiative and motivation. We value

results. This role primarily involves supporting the delivery of
infrastructure projects in the municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater
sect
In this role, you can leverage your leadership and strong communication
skills to direct and lead a team, while managing large complex projects.
Effective time and team management will be crucial as you contribute to a
growing organization consistently recognized as a leader in the design-build
industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
Being an expert in the construction and design of water / wastewater /
drainage conveyance infrastructure.
Partnering with project directors in responding to Request for Proposals
including the preparation of conceptual estimates, schedules, and other
proposal documents
Preparing detailed estimates, cost code input, and cost control systems
Working with directors of construction and construction core personnel to
establish job organization including superintendents and self-perform
craftworker requirements; maintaining submittal control
Preparing and securing owner acceptance of contract change orders
Managing and ensuring payments to subcontractors and vendors; effectively
directing project close-out tasks and any warranty work
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent
plus 10 years or more of experience in Industrial Water/Wastewater facility
construction, design, or management preferred
Knowledge in the design and construction of Industrial Water/Wastewater
facilities
Research experience is a plus with excellent communication, organization,
and follow-up skills
Excellent sales and customer relationship skills
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
Abilities to work independently, manage time wisely and prioritize tasks
Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
This job will require 50%+ travel

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have
ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the
ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate
(lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires
good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity,
including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard,
operate equipment and read application/form infor ation. The associate
frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
