Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Civil Construction

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in site development construction, including earthwork, excavation, underground wet utilities, and mining/crushing. The ideal candidate will manage complex projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of site development projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Oversee earthwork, excavation, underground utilities, and mining/crushing work.
• Lead and coordinate contractors and subcontractors, ensuring they meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, costs, and risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards on all job sites.
• Handle project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and field reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress and resolve issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in site development construction, with experience in earthwork, excavation, underground utilities, and mining/crushing.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.) is preferred.
