About the Job

Responsibilities:

To lead building or discipline delivery independently
The candidate should collaborate on project evaluation and agreements
Should be able to manage project scope, profitability, schedule, and budget
Negotiate critical issues with stakeholders
Help with monitoring document quality and provide coaching & mentoring
Help in developing and monitoring project budgets and schedules
Oversee correspondence and document accuracy
Must coordinate bid evaluations and recommendations
Must support project marketing and proposals
Must advise on firm standards and seek process improvement
The project manager has to build industry network through events
Must be able to participate in performance reviews and committees
Coordinate with external partners and serve as client contact
Provide team management and oversight
Develop knowledge of project types
Travel for site visits during construction

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience working within Architecture whether that is through an Architectural Firm or Engineering firm that does work for Architectural Firms.

-Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Project Management software.

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent

Architectural registration
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent
15 years of experience within the architecture industry
5 years of project management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Project Management software
Experience with “Large-Scale Complex Projects” in: Healthcare, Colleges/Universities, Corporate Workplaces
