Position: Senior Project Manager

Job Type: Full-Time (FTE)

Location: Abington-MA

Base Salary: $140,000 to $170,000 +Best-in-class benefits

Must Have::

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

• 5 years of commercial construction project management experience

• Retail/Remodel/Structural Steel Experience

Day To Day:

*The Senior Project Manager oversees the full scope of construction management and financial cost control.

*You will review project documents, address design issues, assist in bid preparation, and plan logistics, safety, and scheduling.

*Coordinate daily with the team, manage staff and budgets, ensure quality control, maintain schedules, handle client communication, and manage contracts and payments. *Complete punch lists, close out contracts, finalize budgets, and document lessons learned.
