Senior Project Coordinator at Piper Companies

Piper Companies is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join a healthcare manufacturing company located in Walkersville, MD. The Senior Project Coordinator will assist with the construction process from start to finish.

Responsibilities of the Senior Project Coordinator include:

• Responsible for RFI management and submittals by reviewing, processing, submitting, and monitoring all RFIs 
• Maintain the document control system, ensuring proper filing of project documents
• Obtain and log all permits into the document control system
• Coordinate and schedule project team meetings
• Provide general administrative support for projects and team members

Qualifications for the Senior Project Coordinator include:

• 5+ years of experience assisting with construction projects
• Previous experience with RFI processes including submittal management
• Strong document control experience
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management or a related discipline

Compensation for the Senior Project Coordinator includes:

• Rate Range: $40 - $50 Per Hour **depending on experience**
• Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical/Dental/Vision, PTO, Sick leave as required by law, and Holidays
