This strategic role ensures alignment with organizational goals while driving efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
You will serve as the key stakeholder for developing and implementing global best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and data to enhance performance.
The role requires expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process engineering to identify waste, streamline operations, and implement sustainable solutions that drive measurable improvements.The role demands strong collaboration with regional teams, functional leaders, and stakeholders to harmonize operations and ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution.
You will also focus on fostering cross-functional alignment, driving process innovation, and mitigating risks while ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction, safety, quality, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.We seek an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Process Owner - One Best Way in our global Distribution Center network.
You will lead the implementation of the One Best Way methodology across our distribution centers worldwide.
You will use your expertise in Lean principles, familiarity with Toyota Production System or similar Lean ecosystems, and a proven track record of implementing process improvements and One Best Way standardization in logistic or manufacturing environments.
As the process owner, you will oversee the integration of processes, people, and data systems to drive efficiency, productivity, and standardization throughout the network.You will:Lead the implementation of the One Best Way methodology across the global Distribution Center network.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively integrate processes, people, and data systems.Utilize Lean and Toyota Production System principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Implement standardized processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance productivity.Conduct value stream analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and waste reduction.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and achieve productivity goals.Partner with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure alignment and collaboration, using your influencing skills to ensure 3PL collaboration.Lead change management initiatives to drive the adoption of new processes and methodologies across DCs worldwide.Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.Drive change management and process adherence by supporting regional deployment teams.Must Have: Minimum RequirementsBachelors degree requiredMinimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experienceNice to HaveProven experience implementing the One Best Way methodology in a logistics or manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of Lean principles, the Toyota Production System, and other continuous improvement methodologies.Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL) is highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives and drive organizational transformation.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct value stream analysis and drive process improvements.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and drive results.Experience working in matrixed teams responsible for influencing and communicating at all levels within the organizationExperience deploying logistics technology within a manufacturing environment (i.e., transportation management systems, dangerous goods management systems, real-time visibility, carrier and 3PL collaboration platforms, routing guide management, warehouse management systems, claims systems, etc.)High familiarity and experience with SAP, warehouse management systems (WMS), and a strong understanding of distribution center systems.Proven experience of implementing warehouse/DC systems standardization and optimizationPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
