**Sr. Product Marketing Manager, POCUS** Be part of the acceleration of Philips Ultrasound, working in an agile, dynamic global team that partners closely with the regional teams to drive the in-market success of our solutions. **Your role:** + As Senior Product Manager for POCUS (Point of Care Ultrasound), you will execute our global marketing strategy for one of the fastest-growing categories in the industry. With impressive growth potential and a robust solutions roadmap, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact. + Lead global product launches and drive the adoption of POCUS products and solutions. + Partner with regional teams to optimize pricing, margin strategies, and channel performance. + Collaborate with upstream product management, clinical, and research teams to ensure success in the marketplace. Monitor customer and channel feedback and market trends to support ongoing value proposition, product definition, and development. + Partner with global marketing communications team to develop compelling promotional and sales enablement content in support of new product introductions and other strategic initiatives. **You're the right fit if:** + You have 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or sales, with POCUS experience preferred. + Your skills include: + Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels of an organization. + A collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally, up and downstream, to design the successful activation plans our value propositions in the regions. + You hold a bachelor's degree, with an MBA or master's in marketing, business, or a related field preferred. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.?? In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
