  Strong understanding of food safety (HACCP, GMP, FDA) or willingness to learn

  
  

Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes, improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Collaborate with teams to scale new products, maintain quality, and ensure equipment reliability
• Implement data-driven solutions, perform FMEA, and process capability studies
• Support continuous improvement efforts and train teams in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality management systems
