About the role
At Rippling, we implement thousands of customers onto our 50+ (and counting!) unique products every year.
Our product-driven implementation experience is a key differentiator for us, replacing painfully long and highly manual integrations with a streamlined, product-first onboarding experience. As we continue to scale, we are building an ecosystem of Systems Integrators (SIs) to help customers successfully onboard onto Rippling's platform and realize the full value of our products.
As the Senior Partnerships Manager you will set the vision, and oversee the launch and execution of our Systems Integrator program. You will own the end-to-end program experience; including partner recruitment & selection, onboarding, relationship management, evaluation and day-to-day operations. As the key point of contact, you will be a bridge between Rippling Implementation and our SI partners, responsible for ensuring that Rippling SIs are set up to deliver an outstanding customer onboarding experience.
We are looking for an experienced, data-driven partnerships manager, with strong operational chops and a knack for customer success. The right candidate thrives building structure in ambiguity, is a clear, credible communicator and is able to operate at several attitudes at the same time. This is a highly visible and dynamic role and a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of Rippling's SI program.
What you will do
Ecosystem Development:
- Design & launch a process to identify, vet and select and evaluate system integrator partners.
- Develop and manage robust system integrator ecosystem of partners certified to implement customers on Rippling's products.
- Serve as the key point of contact between Rippling & partners; maintain strong relationships at all levels of the business to ensure mutual success.
- Partner with Business Development to establish commercial agreements.
Enablement
- In partnership with our CX Enablement team, build out the process to train & certify SI consultants.
- Coordinate on-going enablement and coordination so partners stay up to date on all products & services.
Program Management: & Operations
- Establish clear metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the program and partnerships.
- Define the systems & operational requirements to execute implementations with SI partners & monitor program outcomes.
- Partner with product & business systems teams to execute on the requirements and ensure SIs have the tools & resources the need.
- Operationalize the program; establish the operating cadence, weekly book reviews, escalation processes.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the program, ensure all customers of SI partners have an excellent customer experience.
What you will need
- At least 5 years of partnerships, implementation management, operations and/or customer success experience.
- Proven track record of developing strong partnerships (internal and external) to achieve business outcomes.
- Clear, credible executive level written and verbal communication.
- Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple complex projects.
- Self-motivated & detail oriented problem solver.
- Data-driven - utilize metrics to assess program success and opportunities for improvements.

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation–including a candidate's professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.
The pay range for this role is:
96,000 - 152,000 USD per year(US Tier 1)
86,400 - 136,800 USD per year(US Tier 2)
81,600 - 129,200 USD per year(US Tier 3)
