About the Job
Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Navy Human Systems Integration Engineer to join our team in Washington, DC .
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Work will involve providing integrated and comprehensive analysis, design, and assessment of requirements, concepts, and resources for human factors engineering, manpower, personnel, training, safety and occupational health, force protection and survivability, and habitability.
+ Ensure human performance is optimized to increase total system performance and minimize total system ownership costs.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ 10+ years professional experience in human factors engineering.
+ Bachelor’s degree in physical science, engineering, or mathematics
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 15+ years of relevant Human Systems Integration (HSI) engineering experience related R&D, T&E, and systems acquisition programs for Navy shipbuilding and defense systems.
Clearance Requirements:
+ U.S. Citizenship
+ Interim Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret
