Senior Manager of Consumer Experience PAY RATE: $70.42 per hour
Senior Manager of Consumer Experience HOURS : 8hr. shift, 8:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Location: Hybrid work setup: remote Mon & Fri; in office rest of week in Woonsocket, RI
Job Summary:
The primary responsibility for this role is supporting all aspects of the Store Brand Consumer Experience process including scoping of category projects, consumer sentiment analysis, competitive benchmarking, financial impact analysis, portfolio review, prioritization of opportunities and implementation of identified solutions. This person will work as part of the Consumer Experience and Innovation Team, reporting directly to the Director of Consumer Experience and Innovation. As a member of the Store Brands Growth & Innovation team, you will apply your strengths and experience in analytical and conceptual problem solving to help drive category-first Store Brand growth.
Senior Manager of Consumer Experience Job Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage project schedules in coordination with Planogram timing to ensure successful and timely launch for new items
• Management of consumer and colleague sampling campaigns to drive the generation of actionable data related to usability and experience of our Store Brand products
• Conduct sentiment analysis to uncover drivers of satisfaction—what matters to consumers related to usability and experience, along with any dissatisfiers
• Conduct competitive marketplace assessments using machine learning and natural language processing (e.g. sentiment analysis, topic modelling) to identify category and product-level opportunities for innovation
• Support data visualization for both customer generated data and data generated through consumer experience evaluations (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Support Store Brand and Merchant teams with ad hoc requests
Senior Manager of Consumer Experience Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ Years of data analytics experience
• 2+ Years of product development, quality assurance, or manufacturing experience
• A team player possessing strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management
• Organized, positive, and high-energy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to execute with high attention to detail
• Understands the importance of timelines and meeting deadlines
• Microsoft Office skills including Advanced Excel
• Strong reading & writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to work quickly and under pressure and thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment Experience in Python/R and SQL
• Machine learning (creating, testing and deploying solutions related to supervised/unsupervised learning) and statistical modelling
• NLP (e.g. sentiment analysis, topic modelling)
