Senior Manager, Oracle ERP/Business Intelligence - Phaxis LLC

Our client, a leader in sustainable manufacturing for over 30 years globally is looking for an experienced Senior IT Technical Manager to lead the technical teams in managing Oracle EBS applications and BI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership abilities. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring technology aligns with business goals. You will coordinate, direct, and design all ERP activities and provide administrative direction and support.

FUNCTIONS:

Provide leadership within ERP team providing best in class service.

Collaborate with other IT managers and lead in the ERP strategic planning.

Responsible for the hiring, building, and maintaining a professional IT team, setting goals and monitoring effectiveness.

Provides functional and technical leadership during the design, testing and implementation of Oracle eBusiness R12 systems throughout the business.

Manage the support of day-to-day operations.

Manage, update, and oversee ERP related project portfolio.

Manage financial aspects of the IT department, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.

Negotiate and administer all related vendor software and consultant contracts and associated service agreements.

EXPERIENCE:

5+ years relevant experience in Information Technology as a manager.

10+ years relevant experience in Information Technology as a senior developer, DBA or other technical roles within IT, with increasing responsibilities along the career path.

7+ years Oracle eBusiness Applications Experience, with relevant R12 module experience, including Financials, Supply Chain and Human Resources to support business functions in area of responsibilities.

Proficiency in data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

Strong knowledge of Oracle BI tools including Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Power BI and APEX

Experience with SQL and PL/SQL.

Experience managing an IT ERP staff, including direct management of projects including own staff, business users and outside consultants.

Experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle eBusiness R12 environments.

Experience with IT technologies and business processes for a manufacturing company.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to interact professionally and in business language with all levels of business leaders and subject matter experts.

Understanding of Oracle Workflows, APIs, and Open Interfaces using within Oracle eBusiness.

Experience with Oracle eBusiness and cloud modules outside areas of main responsibility.

Manufacturing experience a plus
