The Position
The M&A Advisory group at NNI is responsible for catalysing Novo Nordisk's fundamental growth objectives via bespoke, evidence-based M&A advisory services. Reporting into the Director, M&A Planning, the Senior Manager, M&A Planning is responsible for driving overall operational effectiveness and productivity measures designed to support M&A Strategic Advisory group objectives.
Relationships
This position reports to the Director, M&A Planning, M&A Advisory and has close interaction with the Directors of External, Scientific, and Strategic Advisory, within the M&A Advisory Leadership Team. It is accountable for managing multiple internal cross-departmental relationships. It is accountable for managing substantial interaction with multiple stakeholders, including leadership team members in CMR, and key stakeholders in NNI and across the NN M&A Value Chain. External relationships include outside consultants, vendors, and membership in related associations.

0-10% overnight travel required. The incumbent can work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Qualifications
The base compensation range for this position is $155 to $185 K. Base compensation is determined based on a number of factors. This position is also eligible for a company bonus based on individual and company performance.
Novo Nordisk offers long-term incentive compensation and or company vehicles depending on the position's level or other company factors.
