Salary Range: $120k to $150k

Job Responsibilities: The Senior Manager Continuous responsible for driving Lean / Six Sigma efforts across assigned business unit and ensuring productivity targets and goals are achieved. This position is pivotal in driving operational excellence, enhancing efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of continuous improvement tools, and will have the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Develop multi-year Operations and Productivity Strategy linked to overall company strategy.
- Responsible for the prioritization and tracking of Continuous Improvement projects.
- Prioritize operations projects to optimize resource allocation.
- Track and report on projects progress to ensure projects are delivering to company financials.
- Provide in-depth analysis of current KPI performance against plans and forecasts.
- Audit site as to use of Continuous Improvement tools / highlight opportunities for improvement and work with site leader to build and execute plans to improve maturity.
- Mentor others in Lean & Six Sigma methodologies. Work with manufacturing leaders to develop a sustained pool of Lean/Six Sigma talent.
- Facilitate and lead Kaizen events, workshops, and improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing waste.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment on project priorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or closely related degree required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within an integrated supply chain environment supported by chemical industry knowledge and manufacturing experience.
- Lean and/or Six Sigma certifications a major plus.
- Leadership experience with Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing required.
- Site experience to include implementing and leading Lean projects.
- Experienced working in a matrix environment, influencing and driving results through department without always having direct managerial responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience in operational strategy development, and manufacturing operating systems.
- Extensive analytics experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Possess a track record of delivering quantifiable value and improved operating/financial performance.
