Job Title: Senior Maintenance Technician

Summary: Under limited supervision, the Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance of the community, including overall inspections, repairs, and general maintenance of market-ready communities and other interior/exterior areas.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of properties and equipment.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Assist in preparing units for new residents.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
